- We know your time is important so we create your customized survey and dashboard for you. We just ask that you send the survey link to your members (and we can do that for you if you wish).
How it works.....

Enter your organization name in the yellow box above. It can be any name you want. Click the "Submit" button.

Your custom survey link and a temporary username will appear. First, copy your temporary username, and save it. You will need it to log in to view your survey results. Now, click on your survey link and complete your customized survey. Your answers will record on your custom dashboard. You can add your own logo to the survey if you wish (see step 4 below).

Log in to your account by clicking on the "Log in" link at the top corner of this page. Use the temporary username you saved in the previous step (your temporary password is the same as your username). Your custom dashboard containing the survey data you just entered will appear.

Now click on the "Edit" tab (next to the "View" tab) and change your Username and Password to something easy for you to remember, but difficult for someone else to guess. Here you can also remove the temporary logo and upload your own logo.

Now send out your custom survey link to your members and watch the results appear on your dashboard. If you have questions, contact us.
